The Booth Photography Guild offers educational opportunities related to all aspects of digital photography and is open to anyone interested in the art of photography.
The BPG is supported by the Booth Western Art Museum which is an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution. The Guild’s volunteer leadership comes from dedicated and accomplished photographers from North Georgia. The Museum offers local, regional and national programming on photography-related topics as part of it’s overall educational mission.

The Guild, which is intended for photographers of all levels and experience, offers education to its members who are striving to master their skills.  Networking and socializing opportunities are also provided.

Guests are invited to attend a monthly meeting on the second Saturady of each month from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Booth Western Art Museum in historic downtown Cartersville, Georgia.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Booth Photography Guild shall pursue, develop and passionately endeavor to bring about an increased interest in and appreciation of photography as an art form. This will be accomplished by educating photographers of all levels and by exhibiting photography and bringing in exhibitions to the community. The Guild’s main purpose is to cultivate photography enthusiasts who are patrons, members and guests of the Booth Western Art Museum.

The Booth Photography Guild is a member of the Photographic Society of America (www.psa-photo.org). The Guild is part of the Booth Western Art Museum.
